Spell Jar - Self Love/Banish Anxiety

This spell Jar has been created to help ease anxiety and will help promote self love and healing. 

It will be packed with herbs, petals, leaves and gems chips, all chosen to help you and banish negative energies and increase confidence. 

I work intuitively so each bottle is unique, so can be small variations to contents and appearance.

Once complete I seal with a black candle then bless and charge each one with love and intent.

Ingredients can vary, typically using lavender, rosemary, cinammon, rose petals, amethyst and rose quartz gem chips.
